Classic print ads: TMNT III: The Manhattan Project

At the height of the Turtles’ popularity, isn’t it a bit strange to use the comic-inspired artwork instead of the TV cartoon style? I bet a lot of kids saw this art, and wanted to know why the Turtles looked so strange!
